The production process of nail making machines can be divided into several steps.

1. Feeding. The feeding mechanism sends the plate to the bottom of the vertical hydraulic cylinder;

2. Cutting clamping. The vertical hydraulic cylinder pushes the cutting die and the clamping device down to break and clamp the plate, preparing for the next process in advance;

3. Upsetting. The horizontal hydraulic cylinder pushes the heading head forward, turning the top of the plate head into a nail head;

4. Upsetting returned. The horizontal hydraulic cylinder pushes the heading head back and leaves the nail head.

5. Disconnect return. The vertical hydraulic cylinder lifts away from the plate;
