    Our screws threading machine comes with a multitude of molds, producing a wide range of distinctive nail shapes, including up-to-date nail inventions such as screw shank nails and ring shank nails. The machine consists of twin thread rolling dies that are arranged in staggered teeth and a relative 1/2 pitch. While one die remains fixed, the other moves linearly. As the nail is passed through the two dies, it undergoes pressure and friction, resulting in a threaded surface.
